Howdy folks! I've added all the napkin links I could find to our Napkin page on the sidebar. If any of you have one that I'm missing, please provide the links in the comments on this post.

For the new folks, "the napkin" is a tradition of sorts we've had through the years. We ask a random question, and all sign in and answer. Is there a reason for it? No. Do we care? Figure it out.

Welcome to the new, less gradient-ed APWBWGTTD.

Previous to right now, we were using a modified Garland theme, which ships with Drupal. It's ok, but I found it pretty unfriendly and difficult to modify. While researching Drupal theming I found Zen, which is a super light-weight theme that is easily modifiable with CSS.

I actually started with Zen Classic, which is a sub-theme that comes with Zen, and tweaked it into something that looked nice and worked for the type of site we have here.

You'll likely also notice that we're now proudly displaying our awesome logo created by Brody. Thanks, Brody.

Finally, I created a forum post where you can report errors or layout issues. Enjoy.

Well, we're official. We had our first spam account created the other day. As a result we've added an image captcha to the forms throughout the site. I hate captcha as much as you, but I hate spam more, so captcha it is. If it becomes terribly annoying, let us know and we can look at other options.

Also, please let us know if you see spammy things on the site. That would be helpful.

We made some updates to the site over the weekend. The color changed from blue to greenish/greyish. Also, we added some boxy separations to each post to help, well, separate things.

The biggest change is probably that we added the blog owner's picture to each post, if they've uploaded one. If you'd like to upload one go to your account > Edit and then in the Picture section upload a hot (SFW) photo of you. The images are restricted to 85x85 pixels and a maximum file size of 30kb.

Other ideas? Leave a comment and let us know. Or, head over to the Suggestions Forum and write something there. If they don't suck, we'll consider adding them to the list of things to do at some point. We actually have that list. Somewhere.
