Day 320 - Brian and Lori got married this evening and part of the fun was a photobooth with lots of props! It was a fantastic night with great friends. Congratulations to Brian and Lori!

Day 319 - Tonight was Brian and Lori’s wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and happy hour for the our of town folks. We had dinner at China Delight in Chamblee and the rehearsal and happy hour were at Emory.

Day 318 - Tonight was the relaunch of the Social Media Club here in Atlanta. There were lots of familiar faces in the room!

Day 317 - My fiend Gale and I headed up to Trackside this evening to have some food and drinks and play a little darts. The wings burnt my face off, the beers were cheap and I got clobbered in darts. A great night.

11/12/2008 - Hey folks, the holiday’s are coming up so quickly that I wanted to let you know about a new show that I just booked down in St. Petersburg on Friday, November 28th at The Globe Coffee Lounge for Hugh vs. Hugo’s art opening. I’ll post more details as I get them. Hope to see all my Florida friends very soon!

Played a fun couple of shows last week. Last Thursday I played with Mary O. Harrison & the Tiny Tears at Flicker Bar and Theater in Athens with Casper & the Cookies and Keith John Adams. We had a fun show and all the bands were fantastic! On Friday I played with the Good Graces at Java Monkey with Lindsey Appel. It was rainy and chilly, but it made for a fun evening and a cozy crowd under the outside covering.

After the show we headed over to The EARL and caught a fantastic, fantastic, fantastic show by Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s. They just blew me away, again.

Day 316 - Molly and I went on a few long walks today and enjoyed the cool weather in Atlanta. Days like this make it great that I can work from home.

Day 313 - A big group of us headed out to Decatur tonight for Brian’s bachelor party. We got food and drinks at Raging Burrito, more drinks and games at Twain’s and finally we got some hot wings and more drinks at Trackside Tavern. A good time was had by all.

Day 312 - The Good Graces played to a great crowd at Java Monkey in Decatur tonight. Lots of friends made it out and the weather, though rainy and chilly was wonderful and fall swoops in.

Day 311 - Mary O. Harrison and the Tiny Tears played the Flicker Bar and Theater in Athens, GA tonight and the fall leaves we covering the ground everywhere. What better time or place to make some quick leaf angels. We do what we can in the south to entertain ourselves.

Day 310 - Michelle M at work took a picture of everyone “in action” today. She put them together and emailed them out to everyone in the company. I love it! Everyone struck a pose, I’m “checking my online portfolio to see how broke I am with the stock market plunging the day after the election and I’m going to need another job, but I think this change is good for the country”

Day 309 - Liz and I spent all night watching election results and chatting up a storm. The speeches were amazing! What an historic night!

Day 308 - Liz and I headed up to the North Highland Pub for trivia night as soon as I picked her up from the airport coming back from MSP.

Day 307 - On Sunday, Liz reconnected with some great friends from when she lived in Minneapolis and everyone was gracious and wonderful to welcome me into their circle of friends. I had a great time hanging out and meeting everyone.

Day 305 - Liz and I had a few beers at Billy’s on Grand in St. Paul. It on Grand Street in a great neighborhood by her old college. There was football on the TV, heaters on the patio and a great selection of seasonal ales.

Day 305 - Instead of going out trick-or-treating tonight, Liz and I flew up to Minneapolis to visit family and friends. The guest bedroom came equipped with this lovely cat pillow. Meow.
